The key issue: Colombian authorities have set a new date for the launch of a tender for an LNG project on the Pacific coast and an associated pipeline.

Interfax analysis: Colombia has delayed the launch of a tender for a regasification terminal in the Bay of Buenaventura amid criticism of its location and persistent doubts over how it will be financed.

The call for tenders was due to be published in Q4 2019.
