The key issue: The first-ever monthly capacity auction for reverse flows on the Trans-Balkan Pipeline took place on Monday and Tuesday, offering relief to markets in southeastern Europe.

Interfax analysis: Bulgaria and Moldova will receive gas from Gazprom’s TurkStream pipeline to avert a potential gas crisis from January 2020. The volumes will come via reverse flows on the Trans-Balkan Pipeline (TBP) – which links up with the first leg of TurkStream.
