Production from the Norwegian Continental Shelf (NCS) amounted to 104.5 billion cubic metres for the first 11 months of 2019, according to preliminary figures released by the Norwegian Petroleum Directorate on 12 December. This marks a decline of around 6% compared with the same period last year. However, the rate of decline was close to 15% year on year between July and November.
