The average price of domestically produced LNG in China gained 8.9% last week from the previous week, to reach RMB 4,178 per ton ($11.45/MMBtu), as the country’s gas market entered the heating season. Seventy-eight plants hiked their asking prices by an average of 6.06% week on week in Heilongjiang, Jilin, Hebei, Inner Mongolia, Shanxi, Jiangsu, Shandong, Henan, Gansu, Ningxia, Shaanxi, Xinjiang, Sichuan and Chongqing.
