The price of LNG produced in China averaged RMB 4,450 per ton ($12.23/MMBtu) in October. This was up by 43% from September, marking the largest monthly gain since November 2017. Eighty plants hiked their asking prices by an average of 49% from the previous month in Heilongjiang, Jilin, Xinjiang, Ningxia, Gansu, Shaanxi, Guizhou, Yunnan, Sichuan, Chongqing, Jiangsu, Shandong, Henan, Shanxi, Hebei and Inner Mongolia.
