The ex-works price of LNG produced in China averaged RMB 3,107 per ton ($8.39/MMBtu) in September, down by 4.2% from August. Sixty-six plants in Heilongjiang, Jilin, Xinjiang, Ningxia, Gansu, Shaanxi, Sichuan, Chongqing, Shandong, Henan, Shanxi, Hebei and Inner Mongolia cut their asking prices by an average of 6.1% month on month to reduce stockpiles.
