The key issue: Pacific Oil & Gas is developing an LNG terminal in southern China’s Guangdong province that will have a receiving capacity of 2.8 mtpa when the first phase goes online in 2024.

Interfax analysis: Construction started late last month on Pacific Oil & Gas’s (PO&G’s) new Chinese LNG terminal.
