The average price of LNG produced in China declined by 1.16% last week from the week before, to RMB 3,724 per ton ($10.39/MMBtu). Demand for LNG softened ahead of the Dragon Boat Festival public holiday on 7 June, which prompted 45 plants in Hebei, Inner Mongolia, Shanxi, Gansu, Guizhou, Sichuan and Chongqing to cut their asking prices by an average of 2.83% from the previous week.
