Poland’s Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK) has come out against the Nord Stream 2 pipeline in its initial findings from an inquiry into whether the project company should be approved to work in the EU. Warsaw’s stance deals a blow to Gazprom’s hopes of receiving clearance for its controversial scheme.
