A lawsuit against the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) was launched on 13 August by a coalition of 22 American states and seven cities and districts seeking to overturn the June 2019 Affordable Clean Energy (ACE) rule, which replaced the more ambitious Clean Power Plan (CPP).
