The start of LNG exports from Cameroon in May could accelerate the development of FLNG projects in Africa.

The Hilli Episeyo FLNG vessel started exporting in May, making Cameroon the fourth LNG supplier in West Africa after Nigeria, Equatorial Guinea and Angola. The Hilli is the first operational FLNG vessel in the MEA and the world’s second.
