Non-associated gas will drive growth in the MEA’s gas output.

Egypt’s gas production is set to increase on an annual basis in 2017 – the first time it will have done so since 2014. This will reduce the country’s dependence on imported gas and LNG as Egypt expects to become a net gas exporter again by 2020.
