Spot LNG prices in Asia have fallen, with some trades for April delivery being priced at around $5.5-6.0/MMBtu. Further declines are likely during the spring, but strong seasonal demand is expected to push prices up to an average of $6.8/MMBtu during the summer.
European hub prices are expected to decline further as demand in key markets falls over the coming months. The NBP month-ahead was around 41 p/th in the middle of March, and GGA forecasts the Q3 average will be around 35 p/th.
