Weather-related gas demand in Brazil and Argentina is set to grow during the southern hemisphere summer.

Preliminary forecasts suggest a 45% chance of below-average rainfall and a 40% chance of above-average temperatures in southern and southeastern Brazil during the summer (December - February), which will support gas demand from the country’s power sector.
