The Ukrainian authorities will decide on a second tender for a production sharing agreement (PSA) for the Foros gas block in the Black Sea by the end of September, since no applications were received for the first tender in June, Ukraine’s Environmental and Natural Resources Minister Eduard Stavitsky told journalists on Tuesday.
