Ministries advocate zero NRET for remote fields

 

Russia’s finance and energy ministries are in favour of keeping natural resource extraction tax (NRET) breaks for remote oil and gas fields, deputy ministers Sergei Storchak and Pavel Fedorov said in letters to the government, copies of which have been obtained by Interfax.
