Iraq’s federal hydrocarbon law – the draft of which is still under debate by the government – should allow for both production sharing contracts (PSCs) and technical service contracts, Rowsch Shaways, Iraq’s deputy prime minister, told journalists at the Iraq Petroleum conference in London on Monday.
