Bolivia has launched its largest internal gas pipeline, which will expand the domestic market by a fifth. State-controlled YPFB began operating the last section of the Gasoducto Carrasco-Cochabamba (GCC) pipeline on 2 August, doubling the trunkline’s carrying capacity to 3.4 million cubic metres per day.
