Turkish gas-fired power project seeking EIB debt
The European Investment Bank (EIB) is appraising an application for funds for the development of a gas-fired power project in Turkey. The project consists of a combined cycle gas turbine (CCGT) 840 megawatt power station to be constructed on a 30-hectare (0.3 square km) site on the inner Anatolian plateau, approximately 20 km southeast of the town Kirsehir.
