Lietuvos Dujos to receive 66% stake in future gas exchange
Lithuanian company Lietuvos Dujos, which is controlled by Gazprom and Germany’s E.On Ruhrgas, will receive a 66% share in a gas exchange in a joint venture (JV) with Finnish company Gasum.
