Germany could face winter power deficit as consumer prices rise
German consumers are facing rising electricity prices in 2013 and the risk of a power deficit this winter, Jochen Homann, the president of national energy regulator Bundesnetzagentur (BnetzA), said in an interview with local daily Sueddeutsche Zeitung on Tuesday.
