Eni sells Snam stake for €3.5 billion
Eni announced on Wednesday that it has sold a 30% stake minus one share in Italian transmission system operator (TSO) Snam to state-controlled Cassa Depositi e Prestiti (CDP) for €3.5 billion ($4.3 billion).
