Cyprus will start negotiations with Italy’s Eni, South Korea’s Kogas, France’s Total and Russia’s Novatek with the aim of awarding four offshore, exploration gas blocks to the south and southeast of the island, Energy Minister Neoclis Sylikiotis told reporters on Tuesday.
