Chinese President Hu Jintao and Philippine President Benigno Aquino III will attend the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation leaders’ summit in Russia next week, but the Philippines has no intention of broaching the issue of territorial disputes in the South China Sea that have damaged relations between the two countries in recent months.
