Japanese agency funding energy efficiency measures in Brazil
The Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC) announced this week that it would provide a $600 million loan facility to Brazilian state-owned developer Petrobras, with commercial lender Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ (BTMU) contributing a further $400 million.
