Beach Energy has reported strong gas flows from its hydraulic fracturing (‘fracking’) operations in the eastern Australian Cooper Basin, adding further credence to the view that the long-producing reserve is undergoing a “revival” that will eventually turn it into the country’s leading source of unconventional gas.
