Asian power demand will drive growth despite coal shift

 

Asia Pacific’s gas demand is forecast to climb by an average of 4% per year until 2030, but the power sector’s lion’s share of that demand will likely shrink as some countries increase their dependence on domestic coal reserves, according FACTS Global Energy (FGE).
