State-owned investor to build GTP project in Jiangsu

State-owned investment vehicle Jiangsu Guoxin Investment Group (JSGX) has signed an agreement with the government of Qidong in Jiangsu Province to build a RMB 4.5 billion ($713.46 million) gas-fired combined heat and power (CHP) co-generation plant, local newspaper Qidong Daily reported.
