Pakistan imported 45% more LNG on an annual basis in 2018, which was the first full year that both of its terminals were operational. The Engro Elengy (EE) terminal received 73 cargoes in 2018, reaching its capacity of around six cargoes per month. However, the Pakistan GasPort (PGP) terminal took just 33 cargoes, an average of less than three per month.
