The operator of Poland’s Świnoujście LNG terminal launched a tender on Thursday for the construction contract for the three main components of the facility’s expansion programme.
The chosen contractor will be responsible for building a third LNG storage tank, additional regasification facilities and an LNG-to-rail transshipment installation, Gaz-System subsidiary Polskie LNG said in a note.
The operator plans to conclude the tender process by the end of 2019.
