A new consortium called BioLNG EuroNet aims to expand the uptake of LNG as a motor fuel across Europe by creating new infrastructure, Swedish truck manufacturer Scania, a member of the consortium, announced on Thursday.

Scania and the other members – Shell, Disa, Dutch bio-LNG developer Nordsol and Italian vehicle manufacturer Iveco – will together aim to add 2,000 LNG-fuelled HGVs to European roads and build 39 LNG fuelling stations across Belgium, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Poland...
