North American projects – greenfield and brownfield

1. Lake Charles LNG (16.5 mtpa) The joint venture project by Energy Transfer, Shell and Kogas has a deadline of November 2019 to begin construction on the plant having filed an extension with the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality in April. The project to repurpose the Lake Charles LNG terminal for export has approval from the US Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC).
