Regulatory uncertainty has forced the developer of Pakistan’s third LNG import facility to push back its startup date.

Associated Group, which owns project developer Pakistan GasPort (PGP), will now start up the country’s third LNG terminal in Q1 2020 rather than 2019, Iqbal Ahmed, the company’s chairman, said at the CWC World LNG Summit in Lisbon last week.
