Deliveries of pipeline gas from North Africa to Europe were up by 5.1% in Week 46, driven largely by an uptick in volumes through the Trans-Mediterranean pipeline. Volumes through the route reached 371 million cubic metres (MMcm) over the week, an increase of 12.7% from the previous week and a return to the levels seen in October. Combined volumes through all four pipelines are still some way below where they were at this time in 2017, when deliveries amounted to 902.4 MMcm.
