Ukraine could offer Gazprom a 70% reduction on transit fees if the Russian major ships the same volume of gas through the Ukrainian transmission system after 2019, Ukraine’s deputy minister for foreign affairs, Olena Zerkal, said at the European Autumn Gas Conference in Berlin last week.
