Lloyds Energy eyes role in Philippine LNG hub

Dubai-based Lloyds Energy has submitted a letter of intent to state-run Philippine National Oil Co. (PNOC) expressing its interest in becoming a joint venture partner in the creation of an LNG hub in the Philippine province of Batangas, according to the Manila Standard.

China’s Kaicheng Energy has also proposed the construction and development of an LNG hub in the Philippines.
