Gazprom’s gas output fell by 1% in October, the first decline after eight months of uninterrupted growth, the latest data from the Central Dispatching Department of the Fuel and Energy Complex (CDU TEK) shows.
Gazprom produced 43.85 billion cubic metres in October 2018 compared with 44.25 bcm in October 2017, according to Interfax estimates based on CDU TEK statistics. This was close to the Russian gas giant’s target for the month, which was 43.5 bcm.
