BP and Kosmos Energy are on track to take an FID on the 425 billion cubic metre Tortue project in Senegal by the end of the year, BP Chief Financial Officer Brian Gilvary has said.

Speaking to analysts at the end of BP’s Q3 results presentation, Gilvary reiterated that the UK major expects first gas from the project by 2022.
