The number of rigs targeting gas in the Middle East stayed level at 93 in September. One more rig targeting gas was in operation in Egypt compared with the previous month, offsetting a one-rig decline in Saudi Arabia’s count. The number of gas-focused rigs dropped by 5.1% year on year in September.
