Keppel Offshore & Marine has been awarded contracts to build two small-scale LNG carriers for UK-based transport firm Stolt-Nielsen Gas, according to Singapore Business Review.

The carriers, which will be worth a combined $105 million, will each have a capacity of 7,500 cubic metres and will be capable of running on both diesel and LNG.

The vessels are expected to be complete in Q4 2020 and Q1 2021. The vessels may also be used for LNG bunkering.
