China National Offshore Oil Corp.’s (CNOOC’s) Tianjin LNG facility resumed sales on 24 September and sold the most tanker trucks of LNG among Chinese terminals last week, sending out an average of 336 per day. CNOOC’s Ningbo and Zhuhai terminals ranked second and third, sending out 288 and 158 tankers respectively.
