Lebanon’s energy ministry is considering making changes to its procedures before its next licensing round.

The ministry and the Lebanese Petroleum Administration (LPA) are looking for ways to attract more competitive bids in the upcoming round, which is expected to be launched by the end of the year, Energy Minister Cesar Khalil told Interfax Natural Gas Daily on the sidelines of the Gastech conference in Barcelona on Tuesday.
