Kogas has launched a new LNG-powered truck in South Korea.

Kogas has launched a new LNG-powered truck in South Korea, as part of a growing fleet of LNG-powered vehicles in the country, according to Aju Business Daily.

South Korea is looking to reduce emissions from its fleet of 120,000 heavy-duty vehicles, and Kogas plans to expand its network of LNG refuelling stations at ports and cargo terminals to make LNG trucking feasible.

The new truck uses a 400 hp gas engine from Italy’s FPT Industrial and a frame from Tata Daewoo.
