South Korean independent power producer GS EPS has acquired a 10% stake in a gas-fired power plant in the United States, according to The Korea Herald.

The company bought stakes in the 972 MW Linden cogeneration complex in New Jersey held by two US funds, Ares EIF Management and Oaktree Capital Management.
