Malaysia’s LNG exports fell to a four-year low in July because of a leak in the 500 km pipeline that transports gas from Kimanis in Sabah to Bintulu in Sarawak for processing, according to Reuters.

The pipeline has been repaired, but Petronas is waiting for approval from the authorities to resume operations.

Petronas told Reuters there has been no disruption to cargoes exported from the Bintulu LNG plant.
