The partners in Italys’ coalition government, the Five-Star Movement (M5S) and Lega, are clashing over the future of the Trans-Adriatic Pipeline (TAP) after Matteo Salvini, the country’s minister of the interior and the leader of Lega, said on Sunday that Italy needs the pipeline.
