Australia’s Woodside Petroleum increased its oil and gas output by 6.76% year on year in Q2 2018, to 22.1 million barrels of oil equivalent.

Higher LNG production more than offset reduced output of liquids, domestic gas and LPG, the company said on Thursday. Woodside’s revenue increased by 24.7% in Q2, to A$1.08 billion (US$800 million), as a result of greater output at the Chevron-operated Wheatstone LNG plant and higher oil prices.
