Algeria’s Sonatrach wants to boost its gas exports despite rising domestic demand. The state-owned company aims to export more through its underutilised LNG plants and pipeline connections with Europe in the short term, and is considering expanding its LNG and pipeline infrastructure to facilitate more exports in the future.
