Sinopec subsidiary Chongqing Petroleum plans to build seven CNG filling stations for vehicles in southwestern China’s Chongqing municipality, the official Xinhua news agency reported on Tuesday

Four of the seven stations will also supply LNG sourced from a shale gas liquefaction plant that was launched by Sinopec in March. Chongqing Petroleum operates 39 filling stations and aims to have 65 by 2020.
