Disenchanted landowners have caused further damage to wellheads that feed the Papua New Guinea LNG plant, according to Radio New Zealand.
The landowners blocked the main access road to the wellheads over the weekend and severe fire damage was caused to a camp near the facilities.
The unrest comes days after fires that affected heavy machinery being used to lay the Angore pipeline, which would bring new gas supplies to PNG LNG.
